What is Online Learning?
Online
Learning is learning using any Internet connection
anytime, anywhere. You can choose the time and place
that works for you to join your class or to attend to
the requirements of your courses. You are invited to
participate in class discussions and connect with your
facilitator faculty and peer in real time/real virtual
place. Much of your course work can be done offline.
Your facilitator and peers may be located anywhere in
the world, so online learning allows for increasing
ones social capital while he or she is engaged in
intellectual capital development. Online learning also
saves the learner time and energy, and travel cost.
